The Digital Attacker in Munich, Essen or Berlin is looking for a

Senior UX Designer (m/f/d)


  • You facilitate the product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital journey for B2C/B2B customers and service agents
  • You develop concepts and translate them into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes for a wide range of devices and interfaces that lead to intuitive user experiences
  • You identify design problems, take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
  • You devise elegant solutions that bring the brand to life
  • You work with product owners, Scrum teams and business stakeholders to ensure a great user experience
  • You lead and coordinate other UX designers as well as external creative agencies
  • You own and control your own budget and ensure that all UX work is conducted in a lean way
  • You are a champion for customer focus and coach and challenge team members and stakeholders


  • Significant experience in using state-of-the-art UX design to create solutions for all devices with a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
  • Clear understanding of User-Centered Design, Lean UX and Design Thinking
  • Solid grasp of practical skills, like planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to understand complex requirements and design complete user experiences
  • Experience in working in a time and resource constraint environment
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively in an international, distributed team setting
  • Passion for UX Design, innovative approaches and resolving user pain points
  • Expertise in UX software such as Sketch, Axure, InVision or Balsamiq
  • Fluency in English and basic German skills
  • A high-level view on other digital marketing areas to understand impact of design and vice versa
  • Willingness to travel inside Europe (mainly UK and Germany) up to 3 days per week at peak times
