Operations Support Specialist - Midwest/Northeast Operations
Responsibilities(The incumbent may be asked to fulfill other responsibilities)
1) Adherence to the company’s values and behaviors as defined by the ONE E.ON philosophy.
2) Procurement and Inventory Management
a) Enter, track, and receipt purchase requisitions and orders
b) Enter and update spare parts management
c) Support the Material Specialist in inventory
d) Assist Site Supervisor(s) in coordination with Procurement to establish service contracts and tracking of site purchases for tools, equipment, and parts.
e) Order all office supplies and consumables
3) Reporting and Site Supervisor Assistance
a) Support of the Daily Report
b) Assist with the development and distribution of weekly and monthly report s
c) Assist with budget planning and tracking
d) Assist in the development of presentations
e) Schedule and assist management with meeting coordination
f) Track employee work hours
g) Maintain list of equipment issued to employees
h) Coordinate employee travel arrangements
4) Site Maintenance and Operations Support
a) Ensure site plans and procedures are current
b) Manage file system for project documents and vendors/SharePoint
c) Add/revise documents to Share Point
d) Maintain maintenance tracking of turbines
e) Assist site management with landowner issues and notifications
f) Assist HR with New Hire documentation
g) Track vehicle maintenance and renewals
5) Site Administrative Services
a) General office tasks (i.e. answering phone calls; prepare shipping documents and packages; etc.)
b) Accept and track deliveries arriving on site to E.ON. (i.e. SCADA, tools, material and equipment)
Qualifications• Knowledge of PC equipment and basic software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• 1 -2 years prior work experience in similar role
General conditionsFast-paced environment where quality of work is critical to success.
Excellent organizational skills preferred.
Proven ability to partner successfully with a geographically and culturally diverse group of employees preferred.
