Solar Performance Engineer
Responsibilities1. Adhere to the company’s values and behaviors as defined by the ONE E.ON philosophy.
2 Will be part of the Asset Management team and will be in charge of monitoring and supervising PV plants by remote.
3. Will be responsible to retrieve and collect operational data, such as balance of daily energy production and energy consumption, equipment status, alarms and trips, weather condition, etc.
4. Will support O&M team in optimizing plant operation and in managing trouble shooting processes.
5. Will be responsible for periodical performance and operational KPIs reports
6. Cross-departmental coordination where required
At least 3 years of PV asset management and performance analysis required.
Prior SCADA design experience, PVSyst (or SAM) experience is preferred.
International work experience preferred. Experience in SCADA and power electronics preferred.
4-year degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
General conditionsMust understand details of PV power plant behavior and the parameters measured, as well as their influence on production. Must be able to office in downtown San Francisco, CA.
